Responsible for :

• Identifying business opportunity of each of the business line within the company. Developing new business either by introducing new products or by entering new markets.

• Managing and coordinating the management of local and global key account, if any.
• Playing the role of the commercial interface with clients. Implementing BV group and BL procedures.
• Product and Market Development
• Taking part in the strategic choices of the company to develop specific market at group level, as well as developing skills.
• Acting as marketing service and competence center for starting countries as well as for global sales activities.
• Understanding the client s need and expectation as well as increasing potential business with them.

Requirements:

• A university graduate in Business or Engineering or International Trade.
• A mature male/female Indonesian in his/her 35s to 40s and has at least eight years managerial experience.
• Highly motivated, and goal and result oriented.
• Have strong business sense, good negotiation skills and networking.
• Have good command of English, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be a proactive executive, independent, dynamic and a team player.

SENIOR EXPLORATIONISTS (Geological or Geophysical Background)

General Requirements:
• Indonesian nationality (WNI)
• Age 39-49.
• Education: University degree with a minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in petroleum industry.
• Must have solid ability, knowledgeable in petroleum geology or geophysics.
• Computer Literacy: Familiar with MS Office applications and proficient of using e-mails as daily communication means.
• Mature, able to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Plan and execute detailed G&G studies, integrate/update previous works and prepare report or review package for exploratory drilling recommendation. Familiar with and capable of working all grades of data quality and geological complexity.
2. Develop a dynamic team-work with other G&G staffs and/or engineers to optimize reservoir management programs.
3. Manage and comply administrative requirements to accomplish effective G&G activities.
4. Manage the preparation of annual work program and budget for G&G activities; obtain management, partners and BPMIGAS approval; prepare long-term plan to maximize values of the company.
5. Provide assistance to the management in planning future work and in exploration/production advancement.
6. Provide technical assistance to more junior professionals for their development as required.
7. Keep up-to-date with the company and industry activities in order to be ready for any changing work priorities and special assignment.
8. Competent in preparing technical reports and in reviewing technical study to the management and government.
9. Deliver intelligible technical presentations and debate with stake holders such as government officials, shareholders and people in the business.
