| Our client is a leading oil and gas company required Various Engineers for a major offshore Brownfield Modification Program Type of employment: Direct contract for 12-18 months with a possibility of extension based on the project 1. Project Engineer Key accountabilities: • Develop and lead the team to deliver results. Work with other managers to ensure common (non-dedicated) people resources have clear expectations and time availability. • Identify gaps and recognize/provide resources to fill those gaps. • Manage contactors in assigned areas to ensure they are brought into the project at the appropriate time to provide support and/or support essential Operations activities. • Manage contactors in assigned areas to ensure compliance with Company safety standards and contracts. • Develop KPIs with team within overall execution strategy provide clear design basis, operating strategy, and scope. • Manage the aspects of the project regarding change on the project. • Monitor and control project schedule and progress, including contracts • Ensure alignment to pre-established information management system. • Ensure quality by looking for value: identify the drivers, push back as needed, and addressing the business needs as well as the project needs. • Identify, analyze and mitigate risks • Deliver project HSSE / integrity management. 2. E&I and Control Engineer Key accountabilities: • Coordinate project E&I detail engineering, interface with other functions • Develop E&I Integrity generic requirement and E&I scope (i.e. power systems analysis and design, transmission and distribution equipment, explosion prevention and detection, electrically operated motors and other equipment, Protection system) • Proactively give input and review on project detail engineering process • Assist project Engineering Mgr in day to day activities whenever required • Work in an integrated team with EPCI contractor to define E&I & Control scope of works 3. Construction Engineer ( 2 positions): a. Mechanical & Piping Construction Eng. b. E&I Construction Eng. Key accountabilities: • Assists Construction Mgr in executing the approved construction • Assists Construction Mgr in monitoring and controlling cost and scheduling • Serves as early monitor for Construction Mgr in problematic cost reports and scheduling report issues • Provides leadership in change control management • Assists Construction Mgr in general conflict resolution with contractors and resources -- resolves general conflicts, disputes, disagreements, etc. in a timely and efficient manner • Investigates any specific contractor problem areas and ensures follow-up for solutions • Resolves design and engineering issues • Ensures conformance to functionality, clarification of technical specs, and monitoring of contractor performance • Assists Construction Mgr in addressing HSSE Execution plans – including reporting • Follows up on inspections and testing relating to Quality Control • Assists Construction Mgr in completing Forecasting Reports • Assists Construction Mgr in determining risks to delivering and ensuring adequate risk mitigation or risk elimination contingency plans • Coordinates with Operating Units around tie-ins / turnarounds in existing plants/ facilities • Coordinates completion of as builts and provides related vendor information as needed • Assists Construction Mgr with Regulatory Reporting • Provides regular reporting to Construction Mgr 4. HSSE Engineer Key accountabilities: • Ensure that all HSE polices and permit requirements relevant to the works at the project site are implemented. • Providing advice and guidance to Onshore Site Construction team and Contractors. • Assisting in the development of Job Hazard Analyses • Monitoring the implementation of the permit-to-work system to check that only authorized work is being carried out. • Actively promote safety at the Work sites. Running regular toolbox talks and the STOP card system, and providing on-the-job safety training. • Coaching and develop Contractors HSE Staff to acquire the required standard of competencies. • Carrying out audits and review of Contractors and other third parties. • HSE performance reporting (internal). • Assisting with incident investigation as needed. • Promoting periodic meetings will all those on site responsible for safety. • Taking prompt corrective action in case of any work not carried out according to the HSE rules. • Ensuring that all equipment used on site complies with the HSE rules. • Maintaining all necessary records and input environmental and incident information into the Company system. General Qualifications: • Ideal candidate will have numerous years of experience of Brownfield Modification Programs • Preferably representing the oil and gas operating company • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University or related Engineering • Minimum of 10 years experience in oil & gas projects • Record of good safety and environmental focus on projects • Excellent team player • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills • Fluent in both written and verbal English communication skill A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered to attract top caliber applicants.
